I pride myself in being honest, empathetic and compassionate.  I want to hear your story, your worries and concerns, your hopes. I am a Mom too. I was a big skeptic when it came to hiring a sleep consultant for my family 6 years ago.  But I took the leap of faith and it truly changed my family’s life.  I started this business, because I want to help other families like mine.  That is my mission.  I certainly will never try to talk you into something that I do not feel that your family needs and that is a promise.

My Private Sleep Coaching Programs are 3 week, 1:1 support, transformational sleep programs, that give you methods to successfully help your child sleep through the night. Giving you the ability to get your “me time” back, stop living in an exhausted “brain fog” and  start feeling like yourself again. All this, while creating necessary, healthy sleep habits for your child that will last into adulthood.

Each age group has three different package options that include different levels of support.  These age groups are InfantToddler , and School Aged Child.

 If you feel like your child’s sleep is on the right track, but you have 1 or 2 questions that you would like answered, I also offer 40 Minute Mini Session.  If ou feel like you would like DIY option, your can also purchase the Sleep Sense Program right here.  Please keep in mind that the last two options do not include any additional support.

Absolutely! Two of the three Packages under each age bracket offer extended support.  3 Months and 12 Months.  I also offer retainer packages if a client is interested.  

Sleep is ever evolving and having me in your back pocket is invaluable.

Nope!  I work with families all over Canada and the United States (and the world!)! My consultations are done virtually and depending on the package you choose, you will either have text messaging support or email support, an interactive sleep log, as well as Check In Phone Calls throughout our time together.

I do offer local In Home Consultations in my surrounding area, as well as Full Night and Half Night In Home First Night Support.

No, I do not.  While I will always be upfront with you about tears  that will happen due to protest and change, I will never ask you to leave your child alone to cry by themselves for long periods of time.  I believe that offering your child support is key in encouraging them to learn how to sleep independently.  Sleep should be a positive part of their daily lives, and instilling that early can have a huge impact on our children.

No, and I can say that coming from personal and professional experience! Instead it will make your bond stronger! Both you and your child will be well rested, happier and healthier.  Don’t just take it from me, take it specifically from these Happy Families Here!

Absolutely! Sleep is such a vital part of their rest, recouperation and development. However, I do suggest that the child be 12 months of age or older. All of my work is customized to your family’s unique needs. I take special care to learn about your child, so we can approach their sleep training properly.

It is important to mention that the sleep training process for a child with special needs may take between 4-6 weeks, but I will be supporting you through the entire journey to achieve your sleep goals.

 

Beginning at 4 months, most babies are ready to learn how to sleep independently.  If you are ready as a family to be consistent and make a change that will benefit your whole family, then now may be the time! 

It also is never too late to instill healthy sleep habits in a child, and that is why I work with children all the way up to age 12.
