Prenatal & Newborn Sleep Plan

Congratulations on your upcoming bundle of joy or welcome to your new arrival!   Starting your baby off on the right path towards quality, independent sleep is an amazing gift for both of you! 

This is a detailed guide to help educate you on your newborn’s sleep and how to create healthy habits.

This is where we will discuss everything Newborn!  I will help educate you on the healthy sleep habits that you can start implementing for your child from the start!

This can be used up until the child is 12 weeks of age. This follow-up call typically lasts about 15 minutes, and we’ll use this time to deal with any questions you might have.

These can be used up until the child is 12 weeks of age, so that you can send me any questions that come up.  I’ll respond to your e-mails within one business day.  I’ll also send one check-in email to you before the baby is 12 weeks of age.

Investment: $215

Please note:  The purpose of the newborn package is not to teach newborns to sleep through the night.  The guidance and the support in this package, is to educate families about newborn sleep, and create healthy sleep habits for the child.

Baby Sleep Plan

This package is for those babies who might be dealing with certain issues such as frequent wake-ups at night, trouble falling asleep, short naps, or for families just wanting to improve the overall sleep and schedules for their child. We will take a gentle approach towards teaching your child independent sleep skills and improve their overall quality of sleep (and yours too!):

This is a comprehensive questionnaire about your baby’s sleep habits and routines that you’ll fill out prior to our meeting.

This is where we will discuss strategies, troubleshoot possible problems, and learn how to address bedtime, naptime, frequent night wake-ups, power struggles or any other specific issues you might be dealing with.

This is a customized plan I will create for you with tips and guidance on how to help your child sleep better.  You will receive this following our consultation.

To be used during the first week following the consultation. These follow-up calls typically last about 15 minutes, and we’ll use this time to deal with any setbacks you might be having or answer any general questions

This messaging platform gives you the chance to contact me during the first week if certain things come up during the day, or if you have any questions before the bedtime routine gets started.  I will answer these from 9:00-5:00 PST Monday to Saturday Mornings and respond within 30 minutes of receiving the message.

After your follow-up telephone calls and Voxer Support have been used, you still have an additional week of  e-mail support, so that you can send me any questions that come up. I’ll respond to your e-mails within one business day.  I’ll also send you two check-in emails during this time.

I’ll be sending you a template so that you can fill in your child’s sleep information each day. I will check this log twice per day Monday – Saturday mornings, and will write in any tips or suggestions I might have.

When we come to the end of our time together, I will send you a Resource Guide that includes tips on Daylight Savings Time, Travel, Nap Transitions and More!

Toddler Sleep Plan

Toddlers are strong-willed, but that doesn’t mean constant fights before bed or frequent night wake-ups need to be a nightly issue.  This package will spend time helping and teaching your toddler the skills of independent sleep. I provide increased support with this package, since toddlers have the ability to communicate their likes and dislikes by this age, and can take a little more time to adjust.

It is never too late to learn about the benefits of sleep and correct a child’s struggles within it. In this package, I take the time to talk with not only you, but your child as well. This gives us the opportunity to really get to the root of the problem, as well as include the child in their new path towards healthier sleep. I include extra support in this package, as it can take more time for the older child to adjust to the changes.

This is where we will discuss strategies, troubleshoot possible problems, and learn how to address bedtime, naptime, frequent night wake-ups, power struggles or any other specific issues you might be dealing with.

  • Detailed Sleep Plan: This is a customized plan I will create for you with tips and guidance on how to help your child sleep better.  You will receive this following our consultation.
  • 13 Hours of In-Home Support- I will be there to support you every step of the way!
  • 4 Follow-Up Phone Calls: To be used during our time together following the in-home consultation. These follow-up calls typically last about 15 minutes, and we’ll use this time to deal with any setbacks you might be having or answer any general questions
  • Unlimited Voxer Messaging Support: This messaging platform gives you the chance to contact me if certain things come up during the day, or if you have any questions before the bedtime routine gets started.  I will answer these from 9:00-5:00 PST Monday to Saturday Mornings and respond within 30 minutes of receiving the message.
